April 8, 2010:  Spring is here!  Minnesota is the "land of sky blue water," as evidenced by this photo of Gilbert Lake.

Chef Paula cooked tilapia fish for dinner.  Pan fried in butter and ground almonds, it was topped with slivered almonds.   The fish went great with a mixture of three different kinds of rice and asparagus.
