April 4, 2010:  It is Easter and porcelain bunny rabbits are having a great time on the dining table at Gilbert Lodge.  The chocolate eggs look wonderful too.

Chef Paula cooked a pork roast topped with Wisconsin maple syrup and some secret ingredients.  In the end, it was served with a sauce that had mustard seeds.  Tasty stuff!

Paula's dad Chet, in the middle, joined us for Easter dinner. 

A boat, the first of the season, was spotted on Gilbert Lake on Easter afternoon.  Spring is here!
