March 9, 2010:  Chef Paula is in the Galley preparing an evening meal from scratch.

Well, it is Broccoli Blue Cheese Soup with bacon.

On the table in the Grand Dining Room with dark bread and butter, it was truly excellent.

Just after dark, a light from across Gilbert Lake was seen reflecting on the frozen lake surface, which was wet from recent rain.
