Thursday, December 23, 2010: Chef/Baker Paula made a chocolate cake, then was observed stirring chocolate frosting until it was "just right."

On the cake in a holiday dish the frosting looked perfect for the season.

Josie the cat hung her Christmas stocking with care in hopes that St. Nicholas soon would be there.
