         The life and times of Mark and Paula Persons

Friday, December 10, 2010:  The annual Winter Wonderland charity fund raising event attracts may thousands of visitors each year.  It is held at the Northland Arboretum, just north of the Westgate Mall in Brainerd, MN, where numerous winter light displays depict the season. 

Even Santa showed up.  

Cross-country skiers from the Brainerd Nordic Ski Club were out having a great time.    

A church display was blessed by the moon up above.      

A manger scene helps tell the Christmas story. 

God bless the USA.      

There is the Northland Arb building at the end of the display route.  A fire outside helps visitors find their way.      

At Arb Headquarters, we found a young lady talking to Santa Clause asking for a gift or two.  Have you been a good girl?  Christmas gifts will tell the story.
