         The life and times of Mark and Paula Persons

November 26, 2009:  It is Thanksgiving.  Mark and Paula were invited to the home of Bob and Mary Scott at Pine Center, MN.  A turkey was prepared for the feast.

Matt and Tammy Scott along with their 3-1/2 year old daughter Aliyah showed up.  Matt is the son of Bob and Mary. 

Bob was busy slicing the bird.

Chef Paula helped where she could as usual.  About 15 people were fed that day at the Scott household.

After dinner, the crew walked outside in the relatively mild mid-30's temperatures and admired a stunning sunset. 

Story of the day:  A turkey was heard explaining to everyone who would listen, "Give thanks....eat CHICKEN!"   Mark
