November 25, 2009:  Chef Paula is in the galley cooking again.  She grates here cheese rather than buy it already prepared that way.

Ahh...the ingredients look tasty.

That night it was soft-shell tacos with Ortega taco sauce. 

After dinner, Paula made two pumpkin pies for Thanksgiving.  Here she is testing one with a toothpick to see if it was done right.  Chef Paula makes her own pie crust too.
