Chef Paula was in the
Chef's Galley at
Gilbert Lodge
cooking a Grand Pizza.

According to
Paula, the exact recipe is secret, but she demonstrated
how she makes the pizza dough.

Paula added her secret pizza sauce, then Fragata Spanish Manzanilla
Pimento-Stuffed Olives. These she cut during pizza preparation. Finally, she is adding cheese. |

After cooling in
the Grand Oven in the Chef's Galley at Gilbert Lodge, the pizza is finally
ready. |

No pizza dinner
would be complete without ice cream. Gilbert Lodge guests have their
choice of Kemp's brand chocolate chip ice cream or Breyer Natural Vanilla ice cream with Hershey's Chocolate Syrup. |
