Friday, February 14, 2025: Valentines Day.
Gilbert Lodge proprioters Mark and Paula Persons were married on April 15, 1978.
They have been he'n and she'n ever since.



Chef Paula served Pacific wild-caught smoked Salmon as a coctail appetizer.
The main course was roast pork loin over green beans topped with a special cherry sauce.
Dessert was ice cream with cherries, a real treat.
