Paula traveled to Crosby, MN. There are murals depicting the town's mining history and today as a vacation area. |

They went to check out
Victual, a
specialty foods and ice cream shop. This place is gaining a very good reputation. |

Paula appreciates cheese and thought the marking on this one was
very interesting. |
 |
|
In the end, she bought cheese and then ordered some of their
very excellent locally-made ice cream. Flavors include Luna Blue, Rhubarb Shortbread, Brown Sugar Maple, Oreo and Madagascar Vanilla among others. |
