Tuesday, November 27, 2018:
The Dynamic Duo of
Mark and Paula headed
out to Galena, IL. It was about an eight hour driving trip from Brainerd on this snowy day. Paula decided to stop in at a phone booth at the Irish Cottage Hotel to call her friends about this. |

Downtown Galena was decorated for Christmas, including snow on the
streets. |

The place is a lot like Stillwater, MN, with antique shops and restaurants. |

They stopped at a genuine Italian place for dinner. Great stuff. |

Shop windows were nicely decorated for the season. |
