This is the
Shard.
It towers 95 stories/1016 feet above the city. There is an observation platform near the top that Mark and Paula visited. |

The area is mostly
inside, but one part was open to the sky...not where you stand when it is
raining! |

Great view of London.
The large path is train tracks leading to downtown. |

|
More of London with the
H.M.S. Belfast anchored in the River Thames near Tower Bridge. |

|
Windows on the
observation deck go to within inches of the floor. A great place to figure
out the city. |
 |
If you were
planning on using a restroom at the top, you might be faced with this view! |
