Saturday, February 24, 2018:
While Mark and Paula were in Stillwater, MN, they noticed this lady
dressed for the weather. Upon further inquiry they leaned she was about to go into an ice castle. So, when in Stillwater, do as Stillwater people do! The Dynamic Duo went in. |

Young and old alike were headed into the place. |
 |
|
Paula
was impressed by huge walls and columns of ice. |
 |
|
The
place filled up with hundreds, all wanting to learn the mystery of an ice
castle. |
 |
|
Mark was impressed by tons of ice hanging over his head. |
 |
|
Paula
liked the frozen flowers. How do they do that? |
 |
|
There
were windows of clear ice too. Good for a photo op. |
 |
 |
|
Mark
decided to try the ice slide. It was a harrowing experience on a hard
surface. Paula said, "I'll show you," and she loved it even if it did soak her to the skin on the back side. |

Mark
found himself surrounded by young ladies who insisted on having a picture taken
with him. Lucky ladies! |

Then
there was a water fountain in an iceberg. |

A
wedding photographer was there getting images of a young couple. They were
happy together. |
 |
