Valentines Day. There were roses and chocolate candy for Paula. The "You're O'fficially Mine" box of chocolates reminded Paula of fish and SCUBA diving. A card from her to Mark read, "When you kiss a girl, she STAYS kissed." |

There was a roaring blaze in the Grand Fireplace that cold night. |

Dinner featured fried chicken from the south. It reminded both of
The Fat
Man's Prayer. Dessert was red strawberries with real whipped cream, ala Chef Paula. |
