There is
an "escape room" in Brainerd, known as
The Great Lakes
Escape. This place gives people the chance to test their skills in
solving a mystery. As many as eight, usually friends, operate as a team to
think as Sherlock Holmes would and find clues to ultimately solve a mission. |
This is
what a portion of an escape room. Photos were not allowed in the rest so
as not to reveal any important clues. |
Participants go on a mission to solve a mystery in one hour. Not an easy
task. |

Mark Persons, Steve Northway, Paula Persons, LeAnne Northway, Laura Beilke, and
Loren Beilke. This happy crew was able to escape with just seven seconds to go. Think of James bond, 007. They got it! |
Yes, this is a game requiring a lot of investigating and thinking. Some sleuths are rewarded with a chocolate key. |
Quote of the day: A very fun evening. Mark | < Back to previous story | Ahead to next story > |
