Wednesday, October 4, 2017: 
It was a clear and somewhat crisp fall day as the Minnow headed out for the final voyage of the year on Gilbert lake.
 
She purred along across the lake.
 

The leaves were turning and fall was definitely in the air.
 

Then the Minnow came ashore at the public landing on Gilbert. 
Captain/Skipper Mark and first mate Paula "Gilligan" Persons were there to commemorate the last day on the lake.
Mark is hoping to invent a hat that shades his eyes from the sun.  Someday he might figure it out!!
 

The last glimpse of the Minnow as she headed to dry dock for the winter.  Sniff sniff!!
