Sunday, September 24, 2017:  There was a street festival at St. Joseph, MN, in 70 degree weather.

One of several bands playing that day.

There was a sidewalk chalk artist having a great time.

The food was just right too.

Antique cars were a real attraction at the gathering.

Paul Imholte, "The Stringman," was there with his hammered dulcimer to entertain.

There was a class on how to play drums too.  Great idea!

David Barthel of North Shore Images Photography showed off his works.  Well done!

There was a man selling punk art.
It is amazing how old items can be repurposed.  Even his desk was the front end of a farm tractor at one time.

Almost no one could go home with buying some fresh bread.  It came in twenty flavors.

Quote of the day:    Fun to visit at festivals like this.   Mark    < Back to previous story Ahead to next story >
