Wednesday, July 19, 2017:  You have to get up pretty early in the morning to fool Muskrat Hunter Paula.
She has been trapping muskrats again this year.  The score:  Paula 5, Muskrats 0.
 

Plenty of action on Gilbert Lake with water skiers running through at high speed.
 

Lots of fun on plastic rafts as they are towed across the lake. 
 

The loons are OK with it as long as humans keep their distance.
 

There was an Art Barn painting class at the Brainerd VFW that night.
 

Debby Blowers of Brainerd was the instructor.  Nicely done.
