         The life and times of Mark and Paula Persons
Friday January 8, 2016: 

Mark and Paula headed to one of the best known restaurants, "deep in the heart of Texas," near Driftwood.

First they tried and liked some Shiner and Lone Star beer. 

This made them hungry for what was to come.
This place is known for BBQ food.  People drive many miles to get dinner here.   
 
They prepare pork ribs, brisket, sausage, beef, and much more.
Yes, the restaurant is world-known.  For those who like the salsa, they can buy some to take home. 
 
 
The presentation is Spartan, but the food is so good, customers don't leave a drop on their plates.  It is good down-home Texas BBQ cookin'.
 		 Dessert is pecan pie, chocolate pecan pie, blackberry cobbler or peach cobbler, which this one is with ice cream.
 		  
Back on the road again, but to where?  Stat tuned!
