Saturday,
December 5, 2015:
The Brainerd Noon Rotary Club provided enough volunteers to ring bells at every Salvation Army kettle location in Brainerd and Baxter that day. |
Rotarians usually rang in pairs for an hour. Paula took
two shifts. |
|
Young people were donating to help
the needy that day too. Thanks! |
|
Kevin Larson and Mark rang too.
By the end of the day, Mark was a "ding-a-ling." |
|
Foreign exchange students helped too
at some locations. |
|
Then the Grinch showed up to ring
bells.....hmmm...even the young guy to his right was wondering what it
was all about. |
At least there were some sensible young people.
Rotarians also gave away candy canes to kid givers. |
Mark predicts that this young lady will go
far. She has a GREAT attitude. |
Quote of the day: It feels good to give. Mark | < Back to previous story | Ahead to next story > |
