It was the annual antique car show at the Bodyworks in
Baxter, Minnesota.
Dozens of cars and hundreds of people showed up in great weather. Paula liked this yellow 1931 Ford Coupe with eyes at the carburetor intakes and flames coming from the exhaust. Leave it to "Lead Foot" Paula. |

Mark liked this 1956 Dodge.
He remembers his grandparents had a pink and black one. Mark drove his relatives, accident free, for many miles around Minnesota when he was in his late teens.
|
This 1959 Ford Skyliner
drew quite a bit of attention with its motorized convertible top and
tiger. A young lady was more interested in the clown. The clown complained his shoes were too small and he was looking for a larger pair! |

This 1923 Ford is proudly owned by Richard Busch of
Aitkin, Minnesota. Richard and the car were nicely decked out with flags for the Independence Day holiday. |
Quote of the day: Car shows are always fun. Mark | < Back to previous story | Ahead to next story > |
