Sunday,
January 18, 2015:
Mark and Paula went to Mallory Square at Key
West, Florida. Thousands of people flock here in the afternoon awaiting sunset. A cruise ship was departing to the delight of the crowd. |
Plenty of sailing in the
warm Atlantic Ocean. It was nap time for one young lady who had seen it all that day. |
A tightrope walker, who is also a
juggler, was there to entertain the crowd. One bird was circling above, as a vulture would, waiting for him to fall. |
Speaking of birds, thousands of them make
their home here. They fly in flocks every ten minutes or so. Key west has 1 hour and 45 minutes more daylight at this time of year than Brainerd, Minnesota. |
Sailing ships are common in these waters. |
A fire juggler was there at sunset. |
Yes, you can never see too many
great sunsets. |
Quote of the day: Sunset is a time to reflect on the day. Mark | < Back to previous story | Ahead to next story > |
