         The life and times of Mark and Paula Persons

 
Tuesday September 3, 2013:  Gilbert Lodge woke up to fog on Gilbert Lake.

With warm lake water and colder overnight temperatures, it is a prescription for fog to form.

Bar Harbor, north end of Gull Lake, is actually on a channel between Gull and Lake Margaret.

A popular spot since 1938. 

Paula spent a while perusing the menu.

There was a lot of tasty food to choose from.

 
Mark and Paula were joined for dinner by long-time friends Jim and Lynn Barry.

The Barry's are now fully retired and are headed to the east coast to see fall leaves, then to Florida for the winter.

We wish them well in their retirement and travels.

Mark and Paula will miss them.
