         The life and times of Mark and Paula Persons
Saturday, August 31, 2013:  Mark and Paula enjoyed lunch at the Tuscany Room in Aitkin, Minnesota.

They have been there before and returned for another great experience.  It is like going to Italy without the hassle of air travel.
Back at home, the galley had a basket of locally grown sweet corn and three tomatoes from the Gilbert Lodge garden. 
Then Chef Paula fried some bacon.  Sure enough, the menu included bacon lettuce tomatoes sandwiches along with corn.
