         The life and times of Mark and Paula Persons
Friday, May 3, 2013:   Mare and Paula were in downtown Duluth, Minnesota. 

They found this glass blower hard at work.

He is Dan Neff of Superior Art Glass, a very talented young man.

 
Then they were off to the Lester River on the north shore of Lake Superior. 

Paula, in the blue coat, was busy photographing rapidly moving water.

Watch it Paula, you might get wet!
Lake Superior waves were ferocious, as they often are.
The 15th annual homegrown music festival called The People Say Fox was being held in Duluth that weekend.

Nate Billig was on guitar while Nate Nolte was singing his heart out at the Amazing Grace Bakery and Cafe.

Lots of emotion that night.
