Chef Paula was starting to get cabin fever so she prepared wild pheasant for dinner. She made it something like Chicken McNuggets by dipping pieces in an egg batter and flower, the corn meal. |

Paula fried them in oil. The smell was terrific and it didn't take long. |
|
|
On the plate, the pheasant was even better than
Chicken McNuggets. Many thanks to Mark and Christine Young who have also given Mark and Paula some pheasant.
