Chef Paula

 
Sunday, March 31, 2013:  

Chef Paula was busy in the Galley preparing a traditional Easter dinner.

Lots of cheddar cheese on potatoes with sour cream.  Yum. 

 

A spiral-cut ham was the main attraction.

Paula wore her "kitty" apron while cooking. 

 

Red wine was served that day.

 

There was a fire in the Grand Fireplace to warm the heart on a blustery 30 degree day.

 

Paula put a glaze on the ham about half way through the cooking process.

 

She poured a good tasting sauce on asparagus too.

What won't she think of next!

 

There was plenty to serve when the time was right. 

 

Easter dinner was fit for a king.

 

Dessert was angel food cake with strawberries and whipped cream mixed with vanilla and powdered sugar.

The strawberries are a combination of fresh and frozen because the frozen has a nice juice to go with it.

Easter is a wonderful time of year.
