Friday, February 8, 2013:  Mark and Paula stopped by Mongo's Grill while in St. Cloud, Minnesota, for the day.

Paula really likes picking from over 50 ingredients to be cooked on a huge 650 degree iron grill.
A great stir-fry...just the way you want it. 
 
Sunset that evening was worth seeing as Mark and Paula headed home on Highway 371.
