Pearl Harbor Day, also known as "National Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day."

Our nation was thrown into World War II with an attack by Japanese at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, on Sunday morning, December 7, 1941.

Some 2400 Americans died in the unprovoked act.

The USS Arizona Memorial stands as a constant reminder of that fateful day.
