Thursday, August 16, 2012:  There was a Jambalaya dinner at the Brainerd American Legion Post 255. 

Jimmy V was the chef that night.  He is seen here overseeing the ladies who were dishing up the food.

 

This Cajun dinner was just right even for Minnesotans.

Very well received and with good reason.  Great stuff.

 

Lon and Tammy Schmidt joined Mark for dinner that night at the Legion. 

Lon is a co-host of the morning show on WWWI-AM and FM Radio.  Chef Jimmy V is the other half of the show.  

Deep Diver Paula was out SCUBA diving that night.
