         The life and times of Mark and Paula Persons
Monday, June 18, 2012: Paula and Mark drove over to Select Sound Service in Milwaukee.  Apparently this company has been around for a while. 

Model T "Tin Lizzie" cars became workhorses not long after the turn of the century.  You might get one of these things up to 50 miles per hour.

Paula wants the sports car version.  


Select is the home of Bob Paquette's Microphone Museum.

Bob is well over 80 years young, but is very active and a wealth of knowledge about the 1200 or more microphones on display.

Lunch that day was at Maders German Restaurant in downtown Milwaukee.  This award-winning establishment has been around since 1902.

 
Milwaukee is also the home of Harley-Davidson. and Museum. 

Paula donned a leather jacket and decided she likes Harleys.

Watch out world, here she comes!
Milwaukee is a city to see when nightfall comes too.
The river is worth strolling at night.
Warm temperatures and a lake breeze made it a pleasant evening.
