Mark and Paula signed up for a Holiday Breakfast technique class at Williams-Sonoma. This one was taught by Mike, who says cooking is the hobby he gets paid for. Part of the demonstration that day was making sausage from scratch. It also included Creating a Waffle Bar, Gingerbread Waffles with Maple Butter, Poached Eggs with Spinach and Ricotta (shown in this photo), Strata with Chard, Sausage and Caramelized Onions, Making Frittatas, and Home Skillet Frittata. It was a wonderful class. |
