         The life and times of Mark and Paula Persons

Friday, December 2, 2011:   Paula and Mark visited Santaland at the Macy's store in downtown Minneapolis.  On the eighth floor, they toured "A Day in the Life of an Elf."  Great stuff!
Thousands of people have seen this enchanted land at the North Pole where gifts are made for delivery on Christmas eve.
It is an entire city where children go to school too.
Reindeer have the habit of flying when they are supposed to be on the ground.
This old guy with a beard was busy making gifts.  He was heard saying, "Making a list and checking it twice." 

Hmmm...I wonder who he is?

The bakery is busy making gingerbread men and the like as well.
Paula decided she really liked the cookies. 

Good thing there are no calories in North Pole cookies!
