         The life and times of Mark and Paula Persons

June 1, 2010:  Mark and Paula headed out fishing on Gilbert Lake with their newly purchased fishing licenses.  Paula threw her line in from the starboard side of the boat while Mark fished off the port side.

It wasn't long before Paula hooked a nice size bass.  Maybe we should refer to her as "Fishing Guide Paula!"

Gilbert Lake facts: 369 Acres, 7.8 Miles of shoreline, and a maximum depth of 45 feet.  The fish population includes northern pike, blue gill, bass, and crappie.

Getting the hook out was another story.  However, it all went well and the fish was released unharmed to be caught again another day.  Mark went home without getting a single bite.
