May 14, 2010:  Mark and Paula visited Holland, Michigan.  Paula's grandparents came to America from the country of Holland many years ago.

Being a water related community, all kinds of craft are seen there.

The local well-frequented restaurant is the Boatwerks.  There is a window where patrons can see the chef at work.  An interesting sight to say the least.
