         The life and times of Mark and Paula Persons

April 3, 2010:  The annual Easter Egg Hunt in Brainerd, MN, is aided by the Brainerd Noon Rotary Club.  First. plastic eggs are distributed throughout Lum Park on the east side of town.

Rotary member Mark Dockendorf brought his children to help getting ready for the event.

The donated and put candy of many types in bags.  On the right is the current Noon Rotary President Rick Bricker. 

The group posed briefly for a photo before proceeding with the effort.

Paula "the bunny" Persons greeted children and adults alike.

Kids ran throughout the park picking up Easter eggs.

When they had a bunch, they brought them back.

Each child was rewarded with a bag of candy, compliments of the Brainerd Noon Rotary Club.

Afterward, Paula "the bunny" Persons visited the Carefree Living nursing home where her folks Chet and Ione Timman reside nowadays.
