December 8, 2009:  Winter Wonderland was open at the Brainerd Arboretum.  It is a fund raising effort by Brainerd Sertoma and others for charity.

The displays are well done and well liked by the thousands who attend.

The theme of each one varies.  Many are about the northland such as this one with two lumberjacks cutting a tree.

Santa is showing off by ski jumping.  I thought he was too old for that.

You really need to go to the event in order to fully enjoy it.  The animated exhibits are well done.
