         The life and times of Mark and Paula Persons

December 24, 2009:  It is Christmas eve and Chef Paula is in the Galley preparing her famous Hungarian Mushroom Soup. 

Guests that evening included friend Jim Barry and June "Mom" Persons...Mark's mother.

Paula was busy checking the fresh baked Walnut Brule bread for the evening.

Later that night, Mark wore his red stocking Santa hat and performed the annual reading of "Twas the Night Before Christmas."  The poem was written by Clement Moore in the early 1800's and is always a great hit.
