October 9, 2009:  Fall colors are starting to show.

More color along Riverside Drive at Brainerd, MN.

There are a couple of pumpkins at the entrance to Gilbert Lodge along with many varieties of flowers.

Out on Gilbert Lake, Canadian Geese are getting ready to head south for the winter.  They were scared-up here by the Minnow.

Yes, this is the day that the Minnow went into dry dock for the season.  It is up on a loading ramp awaiting a pull to Brainerd Sports Outlet for winterization.  Mark is sporting his sailing shirt, which will have to go into a closet until next spring.
