October 31, 2009:  Halloween is here and there is a full moon.   A pumpkin and spider web guard the entrance to Gilbert Lodge.  In spite of that, visitors arrived to scare us and collect candy.

The rain gauge made it look like four inches of snow, but that just wasn't true.

Quote of the day:  Gilbert Lodge is sometimes a scary place on Halloween.   Mark
