8:37 PM.  After two 20 below zero nights, there is an eclipse of the moon.     

8:52 PM. The Astronomical Observatory at Gilbert Lodge caught these photos of the event.

9:06 PM.  Near totality.  The outside temperature at Gilbert Lodge is -11 degrees F.  By morning is was 20 degrees below zero again.

10:34 PM.  The moon emerges again as the earth's shadow goes off the top.
