Brainerd Electrical Inspector, James Herman, came by to inspect more electrical work done by Chief Electrician Mark Persons at Gilbert Lodge.  This time it was for the addition of another 200-ampere load center which makes it possible for 10 KW single-phase broadcast transmitters to be tuned and tested here.

Interestingly, this is the fifth time Mr. Herman has inspected new installations here in four years.  As usual, the inspection passed with flying colors.  Mr. Herman is quoted as saying, "Another project well done."     

To celebrate, Chef Paula made Minnesota/Swedish meatballs for dinner.  Here she is in the Galley at Gilbert Lodge dishing up this delightful dinner.      

What dinner could be complete without hot cookies for dessert?  Paula makes them with no thought as to how many calories might be included.
