Two foreign exchange students were hosted at Gilbert Lodge for two nights.  Shown left to right are Mark Persons, Tatiana Pedro Cordeiro de Andrade from Brazil, Marte Krauss from Norway, and Paula Persons.  The girls are high school seniors and were in town for an orientation conference.  Rotary International sponsored the year-long exchange.  We had a great time telling about our respective countries.  

The students are riding in the back of the Minnow on the way to a student meeting across Gilbert lake.   

One of the students dressed as a Japanese Sumo wrestler.  The outfit is inflated with air to make the person look four times his or her size.  Paula had a great time taking advantage of this photo opportunity.
