December 24, 2004 Paula is busy in the Chef's Galley at Gilbert Lodge preparing Christmas Eve dinner. It is salmon with a maple sauce. Excellent. She is also putting together dressing for the turkey, which will be served on Christmas day. (Click on the photo or here for a larger view.) |
