Let's look at the upper level to see what the nearly-finished place looks like.  This is a view of the Great Room from the Reading Nook.  Sun is streaming in from windows on the south side.  The fireplace will soon be glowing with an oak wood fire. 

Paula's kitchen is nearing completion.  The counter top is Silestone with a curved front for guest seating.  Mark helped with a copper vent fan stack above the microwave and stove.             

Stucco exterior colors are showing even with the sun low in the January sky.
