The floors in the Great Room, Library, and Kitchen are clear maple.  The unfinished boards are selected with great care to make sure they fit right.

The floors are laid down to the sub-floor with a nailing tool by a floor craftsman.

Ceramic tile is being installed by hand in the Guest Bath.  There are blue and green colored squares added at random to make the pattern interesting.  These squares are cut into the larger white tiles by hand.
