Saturday, November 30, 2024: There was a gathering at 6th and Laurel Streets in downtown Brainerd.
A choir, Mayor Badeaux and Santa were there for the official lighting of the City Christmas Tree.




It is huge. This photo was taken after most of the crowd had dispursed in the zero degree weather.



Many of them headed for the nearby VFW Club.
