Saturday, August 3, 2024: Mark and Paula headed to a collection of everything in West Fargo, ND. Surprisingly they had a U.S. Air Force F4 Phantom fighter from the Vietnam War era. A UH-1 Huey helicopter and a C-47 Cargo Plane. Then there were these vintage cars in great shape. Another exhibit had this steam powered farm tractor. Paula found a 1910 vintage phone to call her friends to tell them about Bonanzaville. Mark found the local fire station where there was a pole to get from the second floor to a fire engine in a hurry. A Home from early in the 20th century. Paula found this classroom that reminded her of when she was a kid. A steam engine from the early 1900s was a hit. Then it was off to the Blarney Stone, an Irish restaurant in downtown Fargo, for dinner. |
Quote of the day: Bonanzaville had everything! Mark | < Back to previous story | Ahead to next story > |
