Monday, April 13, 2020:  
 Ice was melting fast on Gilbert Lake.  Just a little along the shore at Gilbert Lodge. 

Ice was all gone later in the day.  Gilbert is now, as they say, "The land of sky blue waters."
Gilbert Lake is still a bit cold, but it won't be long until the Minnow will arrive. 
Photo from last year when she set sail on May 28th.
