Monday,
October 8, 2018:
Dan and Rick from
Thelen Heating and Roofing showed up to do some work. They spread plastic so as not to damage the floors. |
 |
|
Then they unloaded a new gas water heater, a replacement of an aging electric
water heater at the Lodge. |
 |
|
Dan drilled a hole in the brickwork to allow for an exhaust pipe. Nice job
too, he didn't break the concrete. |
 |
|
Meanwhile, Rick was busy on the copper water pipe fittings. |
 |
 |
|
They knew exactly what to do and even cleaned up after themselves. |
 |
|
First the gas was attached, then Dan connected the exhaust pipe. |
 |
| The project was done in just three hours. They came prepared. No need to go back to the shop for parts. |
